LAB PROCESS

Np Asia, we are dedicated to providing plant tissue culture production services. We prioritize the quality and quantity of our output, ensuring client ownership of the supplied plant material and maintaining strict confidentiality through formal agreements.

Our production facility follows clean room standards and adheres to good manufacturing practices, with strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). This ensures a controlled and sterile environment for optimal plantlet production.

We minimize somaclonal variation, which refers to genetic changes that can occur during tissue culture, ensuring the produced plantlets closely resemble the desired genotype.

Prolonged subcultures, which can lead to genetic instability, are avoided.

We use plant growth hormones judiciously, avoiding excessive application that may have detrimental effects.

Regular inspections are conducted during subcultures to identify and address any abnormalities or issues promptly

In terms of packaging, we take measures to preserve plantlet viability and moisture content:

Ex-lab plantlets are carefully packed in boxes with wet lining
The plantlets are then placed in sealed styrofoam containers to prevent moisture loss.
The choice of packaging depends on the temperature zones the consignment will pass through from shipment to destination, ensuring appropriate protection throughout the journey.
